Online distance learning requires you to logon to your college or school's learning site from a computer. You may have to appear online at certain times as part of your course requirements, but you will always have adequate notice to make arrangements.
You can actually even talk with the faculty via an online chat room, a forum or e-mail and in some instances a video classroom. You do not lose your ability to ask questions just because you are taking part in an online education classroom environment. People with families particularly appreciate the advantages of distance learning. Those who have obligations to their families, may not be able to travel to a distant place to study in a regular school. They may not be able to spend 5-6 hours daily on a traditional classroom course.
In most cases, they cannot quit their jobs and move to a location where a traditional school is located. Distance learning programs are advantageous for such students as it has been designed with such people in mind. People requiring an educational degree to further their career prospectus find distance learning to be their best choice.
